The long term mission of Better World Mortgage™ is to help standardize charitable giving by mortgage brokers as a part of the home loan, construction mortgage and mortgage refinance industry. What is a socially responsible mortgage or a charity mortgage? Socially responsible mortgages and charity mortgages are essentially the same thing – they are home mortgages in which a significant donation is made to a social services program or a recognized charity by the mortgage broker or lender as a part of the financial transaction.
